More than a simple convention
Technical set-up, audio and lighting service dedicated to an important workshop in Turin.
Finding ourselves inside an indoor stadium the space was delimited by fabric wings, mounted on a theatrical truss, created specifically for the event.
The fabric walls proved to be a fundamental part of the set-up, useful for creating the intimate and inclusive atmosphere of the conference. They were enhanced by beams of light of different colors, created thanks to the Smartbats from the Serendipity line by Family Studio.
During the gala dinner, the Serendipity Foglia Oro centerpieces were used. Thanks to them, we managed to embellish the mise en place to make it elegant and refined. This allowed us to create optimal light points to facilitate the conversation at the table, without disturbing the visibility among the guests.
